How to reach us
The easiest way to reach the LoginMyRouter Team is by email. Our current address is always shown in the footer at the bottom of every page. We do not use a contact form, so there is nothing to sign up for and no data stored on this site when you write to us; your message goes straight to our inbox.
We read every message. Replies usually take a few working days, and longer during busy periods.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A guide shows the wrong address, an outdated menu path or a provider that has changed hardware.
- Missing providers or addresses. Tell us your country, internet provider and router model, and what address and login screen you see.
- Tool problems. The Router Finder, IP Typo Fixer, Subnet Calculator, What Is My IP or WiFi QR Code Generator is not behaving as expected.
- General questions about using a guide on this site.
- Privacy requests, such as asking us to delete your past emails.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot log in to your router for you or access your network remotely.
- We cannot recover passwords for networks or routers that are not yours.
- We do not provide technician, installer or engineering passwords for ISP equipment.
- We cannot fix internet outages, billing or contract issues. Those need your provider's official support channels.
- We do not offer phone support.
If your router belongs to your provider and the settings are locked, your provider's support team is the right place to ask.
What to include in your message
A useful message usually contains:
- your country and internet provider;
- the router brand and model, from the label;
- the address you tried and what happened (error message, blank page, wrong password);
- the default gateway your device shows (see any of our IP guides for how to find it);
- the page on our site you were following.
Please do not send passwords
Never include your router admin password, WiFi password, ISP account login or a photo of the full router label. We will never ask for them, and you do not need to share them for us to help. If you send a photo, cover the password lines first.
What happens after you write
When you report a correction, we check it against the provider's or manufacturer's official documentation before changing the guide, and the page's updated date changes when the fix goes live. If we cannot confirm a detail, we may keep the safer wording, such as pointing readers to the router label, until we can. Suggestions for new providers and countries go on our list and are prioritised by how many readers ask.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in seconds by our tools. Try the IP Typo Fixer if a login page will not open, and the Router Finder if you are not sure which address your provider uses.
