Router Login in the Philippines: Find Your Modem's Address
Router login in the Philippines usually starts with a simple goal: change the WiFi password on the modem your provider installed, or check why the internet is acting up. PLDT, Globe At Home, Converge, pocket WiFi units and even the Piso WiFi machine down the street all use different addresses and logins. Choose your provider from the list on this page for a full guide, or read on to figure out which address your modem answers at.
Each guide shows where the login details are printed, how to change the WiFi name and password, how to see who is connected, and when it's better to contact your provider instead.

Which router IPs Filipinos use, and why
The address depends on the kind of device, not just the provider.
- Fiber modem. PLDT Home Fiber, Converge and Globe fiber plans bring a thin fiber cable into a modem that also gives WiFi. Many of these open at 192.168.1.1; some Huawei units use 192.168.100.1.
- Globe At Home modem. Many older Globe modems answer at 192.168.254.254, and Globe's own guide for Home Prepaid WiFi uses the address
globebroadband.net. - Pocket WiFi and LTE / 5G home WiFi. SIM-based devices from Globe, Smart and DITO. DITO's guide for its 5G Home WiFi uses 192.168.8.1; other models use 192.168.1.1.
- Piso WiFi. 10.0.0.1 is the most searched address in the country, but it isn't a router you manage. It is the portal of a coin-operated WiFi machine where you buy time and pause it.
How to tell which modem you have
Look at what plugs into it. A thin fiber cable means a fiber modem; a SIM slot or battery means a pocket WiFi or LTE modem. Then check the sticker on the back or bottom: it usually shows the brand, the login address, the username and password for the settings page, and the default WiFi name and password.
Your phone can tell you the address too. On Android, open the WiFi network's details and look for Gateway or Router. On an iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the (i) beside your network and read Router. That number is the one to type in the browser.
Router login Philippines: choosing the right guide
Pick your provider from the cards on this page. Each guide lists the default address, who sets the password and the menu names you will actually see. Not sure which provider's modem you have, or which address to try? The Router Finder asks for your country and provider and shows the right address with a login button.
If you added your own router or mesh system, the WiFi you join comes from that device, so change the password there, not on the ISP modem.
Page not loading?
- Connect to the modem's WiFi and turn off mobile data for a while.
- Type the address in the address bar with
http://, not in the Google search box. - After a brownout, give the modem a few minutes to boot fully.
- Typed it wrong?
192.168.l.l(letter L) or10.0.0.lwill never open. Paste it into our IP Typo Fixer and it fixes the address for you.
Stay safe on your home WiFi
Use WPA2 or WPA3 with a password of 10 or more characters, change the modem's admin password from the default on the label, and check the connected-devices list now and then. Avoid apps that promise to “show” WiFi passwords or give free load or Piso WiFi time; many of them are scams or malware.
Frequently asked questions
What is the most common router IP in the Philippines?
For home modems, 192.168.1.1 (PLDT and Converge fiber) and 192.168.254.254 (many Globe At Home modems). The most searched address overall is 10.0.0.1, the Piso WiFi portal.
Where is my modem's admin password?
On most ISP modems it is printed on the sticker on the back or bottom, separate from the WiFi password. Globe, for example, says the default username and password are on the back of its Home Prepaid WiFi modem.
How do I change my WiFi password from my phone?
Connect to the WiFi, open Chrome or Safari, type the modem's address, log in with the details on the sticker, open the WLAN or WiFi settings, type a new password and tap Apply or Save.
Is 10.0.0.1 my router?
Only if you're connected to a Piso WiFi machine, where 10.0.0.1 is the page for buying and pausing time. Home modems from PLDT, Globe and Converge use other addresses.
Will resetting my modem delete my internet?
A reset brings back the default login and WiFi details from the sticker. On some fiber modems it can also remove settings your provider applied, so restart first and contact your provider before a full reset.
Can my provider change my WiFi password for me?
Contact them through their official app, website or hotline if you can't log in. Never give your account details to people who message you first.
