10.0.0.1 Piso WiFi Guide: Pause Time and Remaining Time
- Login URL
http://10.0.0.1- Default username
- None for customers: the portal opens without a login
- Default password
- None for customers; the admin panel is only for the machine owner
10.0.0.1 Piso WiFi is the page you see after joining a coin-operated WiFi machine, the kind found in sari-sari stores, boarding houses and terminals. On most machines, http://10.0.0.1 is where you insert coins, check your remaining time and use Pause so your minutes stop running while you're not online. You don't need a username or password as a customer.
This guide explains how a Piso WiFi machine works, how to use 10.0.0.1 pause time properly, what to do when the page won't open or your time disappears, and a few tips for machine owners.

How to log in
- Look at the machine: note its WiFi name and the rates posted on it.
- Connect your phone to that WiFi network. Many phones show a “Sign in to network” pop-up that opens the portal.
- If nothing pops up, open your browser and type http://10.0.0.1 in the address bar.
- Tap the Insert Coin button (the label varies by machine), then drop your coins in the slot before the countdown ends.
- Check that the time was added, then tap Connect or Start to begin browsing.
Not working? Check the label on the back or bottom of your router.
How to change the WiFi password
- Customers don't need a WiFi password: Piso WiFi networks are normally open, and access is controlled by the time you buy. These steps are for machine owners.
- On a device connected to your own machine, open the admin panel using the address in your vendor's manual or setup sheet.
- Sign in with the admin password you set during setup.
- Open the network or WiFi settings and change the network name (SSID) if needed.
- Save, then change the admin password itself if it is still the vendor default.

Change the default admin password as soon as you're in.
What is a Piso WiFi machine?
It's a WiFi vending machine: a box with a coin slot, a small computer and an internet connection, run by a local owner. You pay a few pesos and the machine gives your device a set amount of internet time. The owner sets the rates; Piso WiFi software also lets owners sell vouchers and limit bandwidth per user so everyone gets a fair share.
10.0.0.1 Piso WiFi pause time: how Pause and Resume work
- While connected, open http://10.0.0.1. The portal shows your remaining time.
- Tap Pause when you're done for now. Your countdown stops and your internet is cut.
- When you're ready, open 10.0.0.1 again and tap Resume. Your saved minutes continue.
Not every machine offers Pause, and owners can set limits, such as an expiry on paused time. If the button is missing, your time runs continuously until it's used up. Our 10.0.0.1 guide explains the address itself.
Why your time disappears (and how to keep it)
The machine remembers you by your phone's MAC address. Newer phones use a random “private” MAC for each network, and if it changes, the machine sees a new device and your paid time seems to vanish. In your phone's WiFi settings for that network, set Privacy to use the phone (device) MAC on Android, or turn off Private Wi-Fi Address on iPhone. Also avoid “forgetting” the network while you still have time.
Troubleshooting 10.0.0.1
- Portal won't open: type http://10.0.0.1 (not https), turn off mobile data, and switch off any VPN or Private DNS setting, which can block portal pages.
- Coin not accepted: try another coin of the same value; bent or dirty coins are often rejected. Don't force the slot; tell the owner.
- Connected but no internet: your time may have run out, or the owner's internet is down.
- Typed the address wrong? 10.0.0.l or 10.0.01 won't open; our IP Typo Fixer corrects it.
Tips for Piso WiFi owners
- The admin panel is for you alone. Change the vendor's default admin password on day one and never post it.
- Show your rates, the WiFi name and whether Pause is available on the machine.
- Keep the software updated, clean the coin acceptor, and keep the box shaded and dry.
- Check that your internet plan allows this kind of commercial use.

Play fair
Piso WiFi time is a paid service. We don't publish ways to get free time or enter other people's admin panels, and apps or videos that promise them are usually scams or malware.
