Not affiliated with any ISP or brand

LoginMyRouter is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any internet service provider, mobile operator or router manufacturer mentioned on this site. When a guide names a provider or a brand, it is only to help you recognise your own equipment.

Trademarks belong to their owners

All product names, logos, brands and trademarks referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is purely descriptive and does not imply any relationship with, or approval from, those owners.

Guides are informational

Our guides describe default login addresses, where passwords are usually printed and common settings, based on official documentation and other sources we consider reliable. Routers and firmware change, providers customise their equipment, and two units of the same model can differ. The information is general in nature and is not professional or technical advice for your specific setup. Where our guide and your router label or provider's instructions disagree, follow the label and your provider.

Default credentials

Where we list a default username or password, it is a factory default that the manufacturer or provider has published for customers. These defaults exist so that owners can log in the first time and should be changed immediately afterwards. We do not publish technician, installer or other restricted passwords, and we do not provide help accessing equipment you do not own or manage.

Changing router settings is at your own risk

Changing settings on a router can interrupt your internet connection, disconnect devices or, on provider-managed equipment, remove settings that only your provider can restore. Before making changes:

  • note down the current settings, or take screenshots;
  • keep your provider's account details to hand;
  • avoid factory resets on provider equipment unless the provider tells you to.

LoginMyRouter is not responsible for any outage, damage, data loss or charges that result from following our guides.

Never share your admin password

Your router's admin password controls your whole home network. Keep it private and different from your WiFi password, never post a photo of your router label online, and never give the admin password to anyone who contacts you claiming to be from a provider or from this site. LoginMyRouter will never ask you for a password.
