Jazz 4G Device Login Guide
- Login URL
http://192.168.0.1- Default username
- admin on many Jazz devices (check the label)
- Default password
- admin on many units; the WiFi key is printed on the device label
Jazz 4G device login is done from any phone or laptop connected to the device's WiFi. On most Jazz 4G and Jazz Digit 4G pocket devices the settings page opens at http://192.168.0.1, and many units also answer at http://jazz.wifi. The sign-in is usually admin / admin, but the label under the back cover is the final word for your model.
Read on to change the WiFi password and name, see who is connected, reset the device, and know where to get official help from Jazz.

How to log in
- Switch on the device and wait for the signal light.
- Connect your phone or laptop to the device's WiFi using the name and key printed on its label (often under the back cover, near the battery).
- Open a browser and type http://192.168.0.1. If that doesn't open, try http://jazz.wifi.
- Enter the username and password. Many Jazz devices use admin for both; if not, check the label.
- The home page shows signal strength, connection status and data details.
Not working? Check the label on the back or bottom of your router.
How to change the WiFi password
- Log in at 192.168.0.1 or jazz.wifi.
- Open Settings, then WiFi Settings (on some models the menu is called WLAN or Wi-Fi).
- Change the WiFi SSID (network name) if you want a new name.
- Keep the security mode on WPA2-PSK and type a new WiFi Key of at least 8 characters.
- Tap Apply. Your phone disconnects; reconnect using the new key.

Change the default admin password as soon as you're in.
Jazz 4G device login address: 192.168.0.1 or jazz.wifi
Both addresses lead to the same page on devices that support the name. jazz.wifi only works while you are connected to the device, so if it fails, use the numeric address. Our 192.168.0.1 guide covers the address in detail. If neither works, check the gateway shown in your phone's WiFi details; some models may use a different address, and the sticker always has the right one. On a laptop, run ipconfig and read the Default Gateway line.
Change the admin password as well
Because admin/admin is so common, anyone on your WiFi could log in and change your settings. Look under Settings for a section named Device, Account or Password, set a new admin password and save it somewhere safe. If you forget it, the only way back is a reset.
Find connected devices
Most Jazz devices show a number of connected users on the home screen and a list with device names and MAC addresses under a Devices or Connected Devices menu. Pocket devices can only handle a limited number of connections, so an unknown phone on the list can also slow everyone down. Change the WiFi key to remove it.
Resetting a Jazz 4G device
Remove the back cover or find the small reset hole, then press and hold the reset button with a pin for about 5 seconds until the lights blink and the device restarts. The WiFi name, WiFi key and admin password return to the defaults on the label. The reset does not touch your SIM, number or packages.
Getting help from Jazz
Jazz's FAQ lists the helpline 111 from a Jazz number, 021-111-300-300 from other networks or landlines, and WhatsApp self-service on 0300-3008000. Packages, balance and billing can also be managed in the official Jazz World app (listed as SIMOSA in app stores). See jazz.com.pk for current options, and our Pakistan hub for other providers.
Security and battery tips
- Never leave the WiFi open; use WPA2 and a key that isn't your mobile number.
- Turn off WPS if your model has it and you don't use it.
- Keep the device in a cool, ventilated spot; batteries swell when charged in direct sun.
